We want to make sure you get as much out of our products as possible and are here to help if you need us. This web site also contains a lot of information for those who like to help themselves.

You can help keep our costs down, and therefore the price of our products, by trying to find the answers you need here first. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please send email to support@rosepointnav.com.

Telephone support is available to registered users of Coastal Explorer by calling (425) 605-0985. Our office hours are 9am to 6pm (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday except holidays.

If you have not registered your copy of Coastal Explorer yet, plese send us an email at register@rosepointnav.com and include your name, mailing address, and product ID code. You can also register over the phone by calling (425) 605-0985. Please have your product ID code handy when you call. You will find the registration code on a sticker inside the Coastal Explorer CD case and with the Help > About Coastal Explorer option in the program.

The Coastal Explorer User Network at http://coastalexplorer.net is full of tips & tricks, descriptions of Coastal Explorer installations on real boats, other technical articles, and all sorts of useful information.

Coastal Explorer Updates

If you have Internet access on the computer you use for Coastal Explorer, the easiest way to get updates is on Coastal Explorer's Help menu. Otherwise, click here to download an update to a floppy disk.
